Details in the Indiana Jones Game Teaser May Reveal the Game's Setting

Lucasfilm properties have been making headlines this week after all Star Wars games were placed under the Lucasfilm Games banner, followed pastStar Wars Jedi: Fallen Lodge receiving a side by side-gen update, and so yesterday Bethesda and Machine Games announced that they would exist working on an untitled Indiana Jones game. Information technology's a good week to exist a fan of Lucasfilm. While yesterday's teaser trailer didn't say much about the Indiana Jones game other than the fact that it's beingness made, there might be more to it than initially thought.

After the trailer went live on Twitter, fans picked it apart for details, and luckily Twitter user Jordan Oloman was able to find some clues that might reveal the setting of the game. He said in a thread that later downloading the Hd version of the trailer he discovered that the project is "set in State of the vatican city in Oct 1937, at least for some office of it. Y'all can meet the Sistine Chapel on the map."

The thread goes on to examine the letter existence written on the typewriter. It's hard to read, simply, as Oloman points out, some of the text says "…cheers for taking your time to help me … with this written request… I will be arriving in Rome… I have been informed that your contact will be waiting." The letter is addressed to someone with the championship "Father" which also supports the evidence for the game's Roman setting.

I downloaded the trailer in Hard disk and have been looking for clues.

This information doesn't tell us much near the actual content of Indie'south adventure, but it does help inform the setting or at least part of information technology. TheIndiana Jones movies are known for their many lush locations every bit the treasure Indie and company seek is never institute later on the first clue.
